Welcome, New Board Members!
At ECHOS, we are always looking for community support. Recently, we’ve had four members of the community step up and join the ECHOS Board of Directors. It was a pleasure to connect at our annual Board Retreat, and we are so excited to have you join the ECHOS team!
Matthew Bleacher
Matt is a Lancaster County native, and has lived in Elizabethtown for many years. He is a member of several organizations that support Elizabethtown. He has joined ECHOS to further his commitment to helping his community.
Brian Helm
Brian Helm has worked at Elizabethtown College since 2005 and currently serves in the role of the Senior Director of Information & Technology Services. In this capacity, Brian focuses on aligning technology solutions in support of the College's mission to Educate for Service.
Sean Dolan
Sean Dolan is one of four Founding Partners at DDMP Investment Advisors. DDMP was established in 2006, and has grown from a fledgling start up, to a $1.80 billion asset management company (2025). Sean has worked in the financial services industry since earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. Sean is married to Lori and they share five sons together. Sean and Lori reside in Elizabethtown. Sean serves on various boards and is involved with several non-profits, including the Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce, Challenger Little League of Lancaster County, and Red Tomato Farm.
Diane Dimitroff
With over 30 years of experience, Diane Dimitroff specializes in guiding organizations across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Her recent role as the chief executive of the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC) involved overseeing consortial initiatives, developing strategic and operational plans, and working closely with senior leadership teams. She has a track record of fostering collaboration in executive roles at the University of Rochester, XEROX, ARAMARK, and the Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation. Today, she employs all these experiences in her work as a certified SCORE mentor and in her small business and nonprofit consulting firm, Build Strong Orgs. She also has more than 30 years of experience serving on a variety of nonprofit social service and business organization boards, serving most recently as chair of the Third Street Alliance for Women and Children and as treasurer for the Association for Collaborative Leadership. Her expertise includes:
Nonprofit Leadership and Governance: Expertise in serving and leading on nonprofit boards, including financial oversight and governance.
Strategic Planning and Implementation: Developing actionable business strategies and plans for sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborative Initiatives: She excels in bringing together diverse stakeholders to create meaningful partnerships and achieve common goals.
Board Leadership and Development: Working with chief executives and boards to educate and engage members and build organizational capacity
Ms Dimitroff holds a BS and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a certified SCORE mentor and is a facilitator trained in the use of the Lego Serious Play Method. She has two grown sons and resides in Elizabethtown with her husband, John Hackman.
