Enrichment Center
The Enrichment Center is a space dedicated to Lancaster County residents where they can access support in housing navigation, workforce development, and referrals to community resources. Clients can drop-in or schedule an appointment to meet with an ECHOS case advocate, attend a workshop, meet with partner agencies, or use our resources to work independently.
Our Enrichment Center offers a wide variety of services. Partnering agencies are also available to clients at different times throughout the month. These services include:
Computer & Wi-Fi access
Housing search
Obtaining documentation (i.e. birth certificate, ID, social security card)
Emergency to-go items: snacks, water bottles, and hygiene items
Phone & printer access
Benefits applications
Skill building workshops
Referrals to Community Resources
Resume building and interview preparation

Our Partnering Agencies
PA Career Link
PA Career Link offers employment assistance to our clients. A representative is in our Enrichment Center every other Friday from 9am-3pm. PA Career Link has also begun offering workforce development workshops.
WIC on Wheels
WIC on Wheels is available at ECHOS for walk-in appointments on select Mondays. Check the Enrichment Center Calendar for more information.
Community Paramedics
Community Paramedics Lancaster EMS offer basic medical care as well as referrals. A representative is in our enrichment center Fridays from 10am-12pm.
Blueprints for Addiction Recovery
Blueprints uses integrated mental health and addiction treatment programs to help clients towards recovery. A representative from Blueprints is in our enrichment center at various times throughout the month. Please see our Enrichment Center calendar for dates and times.
Lancaster General Health Street Medicine Program
LGH Street Medicine Program aims to improve the health of unhoused individuals in County. They deliver primary, acute, and social care through their mobile practice which visits ECHOS Enrichment Center.
Local Financial Institutions
Representatives from Citizens Bank, Members 1st, M&T Bank, and Mid Penn Bank will occasionally run workshops for clients on a variety of topics such as financial literacy.

Drop-in services with the Enrichment Center are always available, but Coordinated Entry with PA 211 is required before accessing ECHOS case management and program referrals.
