Free Mental Health First Aid Training at ECHOS!

Would you know how to respond if a friend, family member, coworker, neighbor, or someone in your community was experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge?

ECHOS will host an Adult Mental Health First Aid Training designed to give community members practical knowledge and skills to help another adult who may be struggling or experiencing a crisis.

During this FREE training, participants will learn how to recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, interact with someone in crisis and connect them with help, and explore topics including trauma, substance use, and self-care.

The training is FREE to the Lancaster County community and is designed for adults of all experience levels.
